πŸ“Œ How to Book Your Appointment

πŸ“ž Step 1: Call to Confirm Availability
Contact us at 1-888-512-2560 to discuss your notary needs and confirm availability.

πŸ“… Step 2: Select Your Appointment Time
We’ll help you choose a convenient time and location β€” at your home, hospital, or an assisted living facility.

πŸ“ Step 3: Complete the Appointment Form
You’ll receive a secure form to provide your contact information, location, and details about your documents.

πŸ–‹οΈ Step 4: Sign the Client Agreement
The agreement clearly outlines service details, pricing, and travel arrangements. By booking, I acknowledge North Carolina fee caps of $10 per signature and a $0.70/mile round-trip travel fee, and agree to travel reimbursement terms in writing prior to travel. Travel reimbursement is calculated round-trip from our base and disclosed in writing before travel.

πŸ’³ Step 5: Pay the Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve your mobile notary appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost β€” it is not an additional fee.

If you cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice, no one is present at the scheduled time, or we are unable to complete the notarization due to missing identification, incomplete documents, or the absence of required witnesses, the deposit may be retained to cover scheduling and travel costs.

The remaining balance, including applicable travel fees (calculated at $0.70 per mile round-trip in compliance with North Carolina law) and per-signature notarization fees, is due at the time of service.

Payments & Cancellations (quick notes):

  • Accepted payments: Cash, Credit, or Debit Card.
  • Witness policy: If required witnesses arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and travel fees will apply.

By booking your appointment and paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.

We look forward to providing you with fast, friendly, and professional mobile notary service!
